Republicans did not heed when Democrats called for unity.
But when Democrats moved for accountability after the insurrection,
unity became the primary note to the GOP’s section.
Still, they all did not concede that Biden won the election.
Republicans dismiss and oppose in every way.
Their divisive and dangerous behaviors have remained.
Democrats are trying to govern and lead.
Republicans are there to upheave and cheat.
They hypocritically try to call Democrats out for ethical and moral.
Point out every slip and instigate quarrels.
Their talking points take many turns.
As their twists unravel, many are in for the burn.
But have no fear, the higher ups are equipped and well-padded.
It’s the minions that end up stranded.
Those lower on the totem pole bear the brunt of the circumstance.
Trump and the Republicans are desperate to advance.
Because when in control they can cover their crimes.
Escape accountability and not have to be confined by laws or rules.
Freedom to choose as they wish to.
America faces crisis after crisis, yet Republicans stay in fight mode.
No attempts to lighten her load.
They add more pressure to parts of society and chip away at democracy.
Even those on the supreme height to the Conservative side
don’t value equality of voting and other Rights.
And some are trying to define American as White Christian Anglo-Saxon.
Perceived change to their status has brought a lot of dissatisfaction.
And others of fair skin, think they are a shoo-in.
But if it goes as the GOP’s base seem to want.
Those will get weeded out.
It’s ironic, because non-Anglo-Saxon immigrants have been able to
settle in America because of strides made by the Civil Rights Movement.
Yet many of them side with Whites and Right who believe they should be at the top.
They are to maintain their status and shouldn’t be stopped.
Others are welcomed to remain in the USA.
Just not as equal citizens, but as servants and slaves.
They can stay, but they must know their place.
Some try to tone it down, make their stance seem palatable.
Stating it has nothing to do with race.
But a case can be made as to who has been an integral part of the Republican base.
Who are not afraid to let their racism show.
No longer laying low.
And they can’t hide the fact that it’s non-whites who are mostly targeted and attacked.
Republicans relentlessly conspire to worsen every situation.
Blaming the opposition for all of the stagnation.
Silence and indifference tags you as one of them.
There has never been an olive branch, not even a stem.
All now in plain sight.
Do you have or will you ever reveal a red line?
Or will you continue to give hot air to their rise?
The threat is still real.
Keeping stop-the-steal alive and relevant.
There was no smooth transfer of power within the different levels of government.
Trump and the Republicans did deliberate blocks.
There was refusal to share crucial information.
Never mind that it may have placed America in a dangerous position.
No momentum for Biden to hit the ground running.
The courtesy that Trump was given.
Trump and Republicans made sure that Biden’s go was from a stand-still.
No wind to his sails.
Despite the crisis the Country has been in.
What was in for their gain?
Sickly satisfaction for their vindictiveness?
No care for Americans who have been in dire straits.
Seemingly only for coddling their base.
As Americans continue to mold these types of politicians and embrace their politics.
Let’s hope they are all prepared for what the Capitol rioter’s t-shirt said – Auschwitz.
The thread of their web is so clear.
The doctrine and dogma to which a substantial section adheres.
But for Americans who agreeably exclude people of color,
there is a lack of contrast and they fail to recognize extreme.
That’s the advantage of diversity and variety.
There will be other points of view from which to choose.
And you would not be enslaved by what one mind limits you to.
If Trump, Republicans and the rioters had gotten their way.
America would now be in a different place.
And the government would be only to Trump and his loyalists.
Unbelievably, many are still aiming for this.
Hitler took advantage of people’s misery.
Similarly, the Republican scheme has been to give Americans’ misery steam.
As Hitler slipped in to fill a gap left by a society’s sense of loss and grief.
If just by perceive, he was able to give ease.
That allowed him to lead.
Finding him breathtaking, groundbreaking – a savior in the making.
Trump saw the same.
Well practiced schemes throughout his life in Corporate.
Brought it all to the world stage.
Already armed with skills to manipulate.
Cashing in on what was already there.
Creating new and intensifying fears.
With charisma and flair, it’s been an easy steer.
His only-I-can-fix-it sign and a streamline to trust only those who are loyal to him.
He was able to build a ring.
Soon enough, even the supposedly sane and legitimate went kissing.
With entities to blame and keeping his minions’ focus trimmed.
He made gains and secured wins.
Not an easy rid once it happens.
If you think this script can’t be interchanged between Hitler and Trump –
You’re wrong.
The descriptions overlapping have been strong.
Hitler’s first attempt at a coup failed.
He came back after being jailed.
Look at the chances Trump and the Republicans are given.
They are driven and are still en route to complete their mission.
Given another round, it will be an easy production.
History branded Hitler as a moral fail.
Will it be the same for this American re-make?
This time though, for many Americans, it’s more of a willing go.
There is enough precedence and evidence.
Yet Americans are leading themselves and their friends
to what would usually be an undesirable end.
There are sufficient tells, a profusion of parallels.
Trump and the GOP too have given their fair share of warnings.
Even their accusations of the opposition have been projections of their own callings.
Getting a hand from Conservatives.
It’s obvious they’re working on toppling this Democratic Republic.
Many references have been made to the Nazi brigade.
