For some time now, the Republican Party has been riding off the rails.
Without restraint.
Now so extreme, they’re a threat to America’s democracy.
While their voters still keep their eyes on Party, culture wars and money.
Trump and his Republicans are not just flawed, they’re rotten to the core.
But seemingly, people don’t seek to know what’s under the skin of those they’re following.
Especially when on the surface there is white or light, you’re not required to do what’s right.
When darkness seeps, even flows, it goes unnoticed or is ignored.
The bar for them has been set so low, yet they move forward with a chance at victory.
Their longevity – a mystery.
Because as Trump and his Republicans aim to get votes, they don’t hold back on methods of attack.
They aptly use gender, race, countries and class.
They have their targets and are strategic to reel in extremists, anti-government, anti-establishment, anti-Semitic.
To win over the aggrieved.
And those not willing to see beyond what they choose to believe.
Even the groups they try to appeal to – they insult and degrade.
Make racist and sexist remarks, even to the people’s face.
Many still aren’t turned off by their vile, bigoted, fascist, xenophobic, misogynistic baits.
Despicable Trump and his Republicans – at it again.
Branding sneakers is an honest attempt to lure men.
Bragging about his felonies is their trap for Blacks.
This isn’t the first time.
Trump’s old tactic to appeal to White suburban women has been to highlight (“Black”) crimes.
He has naturally attracted White Supremacists.
His messaging, rhetoric and goals appeal to them and are to their benefit.
For whatever reason, the Jewish community has been silent.
Accepting whatever Trump and his Republicans bring.
Still endorsing and voting them in.
Generals, veterans, gold star families are not immune to his insults.
Despite his attacks to them, he often gets good results.
Void of empathy, knowing no shame, he’s still getting checks to his name.
Still given chances to come back.
Even from the groups under his attack.
Those who embrace, have faith that today’s Republican Party will make America great, fulfill their wish and dream by applying lies and conspiracies.
Twist anything, anyway, anyhow to feed their perceptions and greed.
Who needs truth fact, science or history?
Hey, just create your own reality.
Do whatever you want.
Name your freedom.
How long before their house of cards come tumbling down?
Realize the mess they’ve made?
Recognize the harm they’ve done?
And it’s not just Trump.
He’s working in tandem with the radical right.
Even those who believe that White men are more esteemed and ought to be supreme.
Wanting America to be a White, Christian Nation.
Yet Americans who don’t fit their mold are helping them reach their goals.
Is it lack of knowledge, selfishness, greed, ignorance or pure hate why someone would partake in the shade of making America great again?
Their true messaging and intent have already been shown.
And it’s grown into Project 2025.
The book they want Americans to live by.
It’s obvious – Trump and those voting for Republicans won’t back down.
Keeping them around in America’s politics and leadership is anti-American.
Help the true Republicans rebuild.
Don’t fulfill the MAGA dreams.
What they say, do and stand for – Is that truly what you seek?
When the ball is in your court – What will you be voting for?
Culture wars, money, Trump Country OR democracy?
Will you stand with a wayward Party OR with America as we’ve known her to be?
The land of equal opportunity to enjoy freedom, to hope and pursue dreams.
Within the perimeters of the law and the Constitution.
Not on the whims and fancies of some or one.
