Imagine Biden and Trump – Seen as “cut from the same cloth”.
Yes Biden has been in Politics for 47 years.
But that does not mean he’s always been at the top of the ticket to steer.
Trump and his allies promote as if Biden is for naught.
As if there has been no value to what he’s brought
When he worked as Senator and Vice President.
Now Trump and his allies are bent
On promoting this fallacy that they want US to believe.
They aim to deceive.
Based on faulty reasoning and unsound arguments.
Voters are not always savvy to unravel all of the information.
Or they choose not to listen.
As they remain attracted to that which only supports their positions.
Biden is known as sincere and hard-working,
Able to reach across the political aisle,
He tries to keep a low profile
Even as he comforts the Man on the street
Suffering with any kind of loss.
No one is perfect – Biden has a good reputation
Which Trump and his allies are trying to smear.
No matter the method used, they don’t have a care.
Biden may have made decisions years ago
That may not be acceptable today.
But he’s not been an anomaly or a man who misbehaved.
47 years and not much you can hold against him.
That certainly is an accomplishment.
Trump and his allies have tried –
Their aims are based on lies and attempts to misguide.
47 years as a public servant,
Working in earnest.
Still humble and showing empathy.
That has been his legacy.
Trump is trying to equal Biden to the far left
He pairs him with AOC, Sanders and as Socialist.
Biden worked 47 years as a moderate.
How can anyone take that bait?
Trump says Biden would bow to China
When in truth China is one of Trump’s financers.
That the Biden family is corrupt and should be locked up.
How much more projection can Trump do?
A break from Trump and his mind-melt is long overdue.
Trump and his allies, unsuccessful to directly smear Biden.
So they turn their attacks to his family.
Biden has not done the same.
He could easily have gone after Trump’s children.
But he took the high road and stayed on course.
Addressing the issues, even showing remorse
For mistakes he made in the past.
Not spewing lies as Trump – What a contrast!
People often say that they despise politicians –
They lie, they cheat and they can’t be trusted.
People wish Politicians were more forthcoming and honest.
Well – a blatant contrast between these two men.
Values they stand for and how they present themselves.
So a choice between these two will be very telling.
If there was any truth to People’s previous complaints.
And what People truly want, in and from their politicians.
